to the job you are applying for.

TIP 2: Don't be a job hunter
spammer! Thinking out of the
box does not mean applying to
every job that mentions one of
your skills.  If you are not truly
qualified, do not apply for the
job.  It is a matter of courtesy to
others.  Hiring Managers get so
many resumes for each opening
that it is difficult to go through
all of the resumes sent.  It is
easier for a good candidate to
get lost in the shuffle of sorting
through the pile.  People
applying to jobs they are not
really qualified for hurts
everyone in the end.
