Mark Diamond, Principal
Mark Diamond is a Prinicpal of Advantage Talent, Inc. and a
Managing Director of Renaissance Executive. He has eighteen years
of successful business experience in the wholesale distribution
business in the technology sector. His experiences range from Sales,
Sales Management, Marketing held corporation.
Mark has recruited, trained, and mentored sales professionals and
executives. He grew the sales team from twenty people to one
hundred and twenty people while growing annual revenues from
$30M to $960M over a ten year period. Mark also recruited well
recognized suppliers and key customers to engage in relationships.
Mark has worked with professionals in banking, accounting, legal,
and real estate. He negotiated banking agreements with facilities up to
$35M. He worked closely with the company's auditors (a Big 4 firm);
negotiated facility leases in five locations domestically and two
internationally.
Through these experiences Mark has gained hands-on experience in
talent assessment and development in the US and Latin America.
