The Renaissance Executive Transition Forums are for corporate executives looking for a new
job or aiming to transition to the next level in their company. The Renaissance Executive
Transition Forum (ETF) is the place to accelerate career progress. In this collaborative
environment, participants learn about, develop and test strategies that they can put to use
immediately. This is a collaborative event where participants arrive with career challenges and leave
with fresh ideas about ways to solve them, and an expanded professional network to boot. Each
participant shares the obstacles they are dealing with in their search or reaching for the next
promotion, and we address each of the challenges identified during the meeting. This unique format
allows each participant to arrive at the meeting with their obstacles as barriers, and leave the
meeting with thoughts/tools to help them overcome these obstacles the very next day.
